My name is Jillian Drummond, but my family and friends call me Jill!
(And you can too!)
I am a Mortgage Associate (Broker) with my Accredited Mortgage Professional Designation, which is a fancy way of saying I am committed to continuous learning in my industry.
I live in Lincoln, New Brunswick, which is between Fredericton and Oromocto, but I am able to provide services anywhere in New Brunswick and PEI.
I am also a Member of the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce and the Oromocto Chamber of Commerce as a way to stay connected to my local communities and support local businesses.

Home Purchases
Buying a home is a big deal and there is a lot of planning and preparing that goes into it!
I'll walk you through each step of the process, from pre-approval to closing and make sure you understand and have the information you need to make the right decisions for you and your family.
After the purchase closes and you are happily moved into your new home, I'm still here for you for the life of your mortgage!
Refinances
If you have equity in your home, you may be able to refinance, which means borrowing back up to 80% of the value of your home.
This can be useful if you have high interest debts you would like to consolidate, if you have renovations you would like to do, you can use the equity take out as a down payment on a new property, make a big purchase, the list goes on!
Renewals
When you have a mortgage, you choose a term length for the specific lender, rate and product.
When that term comes to an end you are free to move your mortgage to another lender with a better rate and product, often at no cost to you.
This can save you a lot of money in interest over the course of another term and is worth looking into early on before your renewal date!
