What do Mortgage Brokers do?

Mortgage Associates and Mortgage Brokers are licensed professionals who help navigate the process of getting a mortgage by acting as an intermediary between a borrower and a lender.

We can act for the borrower or the lender, but not both, so when we are working for the borrower you can be sure we have their best interests at heart.

We help clients find the best mortgage products for their needs by researching a wide range of lenders to compare products, rates, and terms, and then advise clients on the best option. We answer any questions their clients have about the mortgage process.

 

With a Mortgage Associate or Mortgage Broker, clients are able to get the best rate and terms for their mortgage and can have peace of mind knowing their mortgage process is taken care of.

I work with several different lenders that lend in New Brunswick, which gives me plenty of options to use depending on the clients unique file scenario and potential challenges.

 

We are paid by the lender only if the mortgage funds, so there is no cost to the borrower and we do our due diligence when searching for options.
