What do Mortgage Brokers do?
So what exactly do Mortgage Brokers do?
Mortgage Brokers are licensed professionals who help navigate the process of getting a mortgage by acting as an intermediary between a borrower and a lender. We can act for the borrower or the lender, but not both, so when we are working for the borrower you can be sure we have their best interests at heart.

Having a Mortgage Broker, and me in particular, is about so much more than just getting the best rate. It is about having a great experience, feeling supported, and knowing that I am behind you every step of the way. To me, this is much more than just a transaction. It is about helping you feel confident, informed, and cared for throughout one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.

I help clients find the best mortgage products for their needs by researching a wide range of lenders to compare products, rates, and terms, and then advising on the best option. I take time to answer questions, explain the process, and make sure everything feels clear and manageable.

Working with a Mortgage Broker means you not only get access to competitive rates and flexible options, but also the peace of mind that your mortgage process is handled with care. I work with several different lenders that lend in New Brunswick, which gives me plenty of options to use depending on each client’s unique situation and potential challenges.

We are paid by the lender only if the mortgage funds, so there is no cost to the borrower, and I always do my due diligence to find the best possible fit for your goals.
